There is absolutely no refunds for digital items after sale is complete. If there is an issue with your document, send me a message so I can fix the issue.

Because every item is handmade, I want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, message me within 14 days of delivery and I'll arrange a return or replacement for unused items in their original condition.

Custom and personalized pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect - just send a photo and I'll make it right.

Each piece is made by hand, so please allow a little time for me to create your order. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, and made-to-order pieces may take longer (a timeline will be discussed during customization). Once your order ships you'll receive tracking by email; delivery times then vary by location and carrier.
